Sushma Swaraj Tells Amazon 'Apologise Or No Visa' After Flag Doormats

NEW DELHI: External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj today asked Amazon to tender an unconditional apology for insulting the Indian flag, warning that the government will not grant visa to any Amazon official in case the demand is not met. 

Doormats featuring the Indian flag were made available on Amazon Canada site by two vendors -- Mayers Flag Doormats and XLYL. An image of the products was tweeted to the Minister, after which she asked the Indian High Commission in Canada to raise the issue with Amazon.
